Important Information Regarding Termination of Utility Services

Submitting this form will initiate the termination of utility services for the account listed.

Please be aware that the City’s utility billing cycle runs from the 8th of each month through the 8th of the following month. Depending on your requested termination date, you may receive a final bill after services have been disconnected.

Any utility deposit on file will be applied as a credit toward your final account balance. If the deposit does not cover the full amount owed, you will remain responsible for the remaining balance. Any deposit funds remaining after all charges have been satisfied will be refunded in accordance with City policy.
