All City Parks are closed from 10:00 p.m. to 6 a.m.

P.K. Forrest Community Center located in the Richwood Municipal Park:

• Deposit  $100.00
• Fee of  $150.00 ($175 non-resident) for all day rental
• Please contact city hall for requirements when alcohol will be served

Pavilion in the Richwood Municipal Park:

• Deposit  $100.00
• Fee of  $125.00 ($150 non-resident) for all day rental from 9:00 am. to 10:00 p.m.    The Pavilion must be cleaned up and cleared by 10:00 p.m.
• A barbeque pit is available for your event – it must be left clean after use.
• Please contact city hall for requirements when alcohol will be served.

Bobby Ford Park Pavilion:

• Deposit  $50.00
• Fee of $75.00 ($100 non-resident) for rental from 9:00 am to 9:00 p.m.  The pavilion must be cleaned and cleared by 9:00 p.m.
• Please contact city hall for requirements when alcohol will be served.

If you are interested, please contact City Hall at 979-265-2082 to check for available dates.  An application must be completed and the deposit paid before it can be scheduled.

The Facility Rental Agreement can be downloaded, filled out and brought to City Hall with your deposit.
