The City of Richwood – Office of Emergency Management intends to provide information, warnings, and a plan of action to assist the community as we strive to successfully navigate emergency situations.

Mayor Michael Durham serves as the Emergency Management Director for the City of Richwood and the City Manager serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Richwood.
