Zoning Board of Adjustments

Duties

The Zoning Board of Adjustments is a *quasi-judicial board with power to make small changes in the policies and ordinances so odd shaped land can be used and small problems can be alleviated.

*A quasi-judicial body is an individual or organization which has powers resembling those of a court of law or judge and is able to remedy a situation or impose legal penalties on a person or organization.

Meetings

Members
