The Gulf Coast area is expecting precipitation on top of freezing temperatures, beginning Monday night and lasting through Tuesday, possibly into Wednesday. Considering this, the City of Richwood requests that all residents stay off the roadways if possible. The challenges of freezing weather and ice put additional stress on emergency services, so please be cognizant of this and be prepared to the best of your ability.

City Hall will be closed tomorrow, Monday, in observance of MLK Jr. Day. City administration will closely monitor weather conditions and provide additional updates should there be further closure or impact on City Services.
