The City of Richwood is currently engaged in construction on both Cedar St. and Wisteria. Construction crews on Cedar St. are currently performing water main replacement requiring contractor vehicles to be staged on the side of the road. We request all residents to travel this street with care for both the safety of residents and contractors. Wisteria St. will be closed to through traffic beginning on 3/09/26 with that road closure lasting until 3/15/26. We ask residents to avoid Wisteria St. completely during this time frame.
