The City of Richwood is currently reconstructing a wastewater lift station electrical panel from which Ellis Park receives electrical power. During construction of the new electrical panel for the wastewater lift station, electrical power to the park will be out of service. It is estimated that Ellis Park will be without electrical service until Wednesday, 02/18/2026. The discontinuation of electrical service to the park will have no effect on power services to the sports fields or the PK Forrest Community Building.
