he City of Richwood just completed a full rehabilitation of water well #5 located close to the Oyster Creek Dr./Wisteria intersection. This rehabilitation process requires that the well is flushed for a continuous 36 hours prior to sampling the water for purposes of putting the well is put back into service. For this 36 hour duration, Oyster Creek Dr. will be inundated by water from the well, so we request that residents traverse this are with care and caution.
