Court Dockets
Adult arraignment dockets are for defendants who wish to appear to enter a plea of guilty, nolo contendere (no contest), or not guilty and are held at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Adults may schedule an arraignment date by submitting your request in writing.

Juvenile arraignment dockets are for defendants under the age of 17 and are held the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. Juveniles and/or their parents will receive a letter from the court with a scheduled arraignment date.

Bench and Jury trials are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at scheduled times.

Courtroom Standards

  1.  Turn off cell phones
  2.  Do not lean on the Judge’s bench
  3.  No loud talking while waiting to speak with the judge.
  4.  No food or drink in the court room
  5.  Remove your hat
  6.  Do not use tobacco products
  7.  Do not use offensive language
  8.  Appropriate clothes, shirt and shoes are required to enter the court room.
  9.  All clothes with offensive language or images must be worn inside out.
  10.  If your children are disruptive, you may be asked to step into the hallway. You will not lose your place in line. Court personnel will let you know when judge calls your name

Violators will be ordered to leave and their cases will be reset to a later date.
